Our Scout Centre has been available for several years to host groups from all over the world, coming to Rome in order to develop their scout activities .
We have hosted groups from Canada, Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, US, UK, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, but also scouts from Rome and other Italian cities.
The Scout Centre is a two floors house surrounded by a private garden: it is located in a suburb, Via Augusto Renzini 22, zip 00128 Rome Spinaceto, which, however, is full of shops, services according to your needs.
You can use the entire second floor (100mq.) , provided of four rooms with more than 40 beds, a kitchen fully equipped, a mess, three bathrooms, hot water and heating if necessary.
You can also use the private garden for your activities.
Getting to Rome by plane
Both Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) and Ciampino Airport are very close to the scout house (20 minutes by car).
To get from Fiumicino Airport to the city centre you can also take the train, or the shuttle bus. Either the bus or the train arrives at Termini station. From Ciampino Airport there is only a shuttle bus service.
From Termini station you have to get on the Line B underground ( towards
LAURENTINA direction) and get off at EUR FERMI station. It takes about 20 minutes.
There are two lines of bus getting to the scout house from EUR FERMI, (705 and 706) It takes about 15 minutes.
Getting to Rome by rail:
If you travel to Rome by rail most of the trains get to Termini station.
Some trains stop at Ostiense station or Tiburtina Station.
You can get the Line B underground (towards LAURENTINA direction) either at Termini, or Tiburtina, or Ostiense, and get off at EUR FERMI station. It takes about 25
minutes from Tiburtina, 20 from Termini, 15 from Ostiense.
There are two lines of bus getting to the scout house from EUR FERMI, (705 and 706) It takes about 15 minutes.
